Abstract: A building having a structure fastened to the ground comprises walls structured by means of facade and gable frames fastened between columns. The roof is formed by a structure comprising rafters and purlins. The purlins and the rafters respectively rest on a column and are held laterally in place between two vertical members each belonging to a frame. Prefabricated panels fastened to the frames and to the columns complete the closure of the walls and roof. The whole structure is self-stable and self-braced.
