    Abstract: A system to process navigation information includes at least one hardware processor and an information storage and retrieval platform executed by the at least one hardware processor. The information storage and retrieval platform is configured to receive a data request from a client, the data request including a client identifier that identifies the client, generate a network event in response to the data request received from the client, and generate, by the at least one hardware processor, a hash value from the client identifier. The information storage and retrieval platform is also configured to identify an address based on the hash value, determine a server by a lookup of the server from among a plurality of servers, the lookup being based on the identified address, and communicate the network event to the server.

Other client devices that are located within the geofence are identified and enabled to join the digital collaboration session. participants may each use their own client device to contribute to the digital collaboration session. Participants can save individual segments of the digital collaboration session by indicating an interest immediately after the segments occur. Client devices then upload data for the segment for enhancement.

In one implementation, a user provides a request to expand a partial playlist. The request may include the partial playlist and an indication of the number of additional content items that the user would like to add to the partial playlist. The playlist engine may select one or more attributes from the content items in the partial playlist, and may use the selected one or more attributes to determine additional content items that are relevant to the selected one or more attributes. The playlist engine may add the additional content items to the partial playlist.

    Abstract: Client-specified methods, systems and computer program product with multi-protocol access for data input requests designed around a client's business application. It does this by interfacing IVR/telephony programming of multiple communication device protocols to separate data source input protocol programming, including remoting programming. Data input is by selected IVR/telephony responses designed around the needs of the individual client through selection process within a variety of configuration templates. The templates are designed to interface with the business applications through programming procedures for data entry specific to each application's protocol. The advantage, templates reduce user/client's interface with the business applications resulting in minimal time and knowledge of each applications data requirements, and limits each user's access to the system to specific data input. System response for data output is limited to the requested input for error reduction.
