Abstract: The invention provides a device for presenting lids to moving sealing stations, the device comprising at least one lid production module mounted stationary relative to a path of the sealing stations and comprising a lid cutting member fitted with a cutting tool for cutting lids from a strip, together with gripping members secured to the sealing stations, the gripping members being disposed relative to the lid production module so as to take hold of a lid on the fly.

Abstract: A packaging apparatus for aseptic volumetric packaging has a fixed means for forming a flow of sterile air to the apparatus, a feed member, at least one pumping member which is movable relative to the flow of sterile air, at least one filler spout and at least one dispenser member attached to the pumping member and the filler spout and disposed so as to be alternatable between positions connecting the feed member to the pumping member and the pumping member to the filler spout. The pumping member comprising a cylinder connected to the dispenser member, a piston mounted to slide inside the cylinder, a drive rod fixed to the piston and connected to an actuator device, and an enclosure fed with sterile air and mounted adjacent the cylinder. The enclosure surrounds the drive rod of the piston and is fed with sterile air from the flow of sterile air by a fan member associated with the pumping member.

Abstract: A tightening device of the invention comprises a transmission device comprising a first transmission member, a second transmission member mounted coaxially with the first transmission member between an abutment and a thrust member, at least one torque limiter member disposed between the second transmission member and the abutment or the thrust member, a first adjustable resilient member acting on the thrust member, and a second adjustable resilient member acting on the thrust member independently of the first resilient member and in the same direction as the first resilient member.

Abstract: A screwing spindle (1) is mounted on a frame so as to be capable of rotating about its own axis, and also to be capable of up and down movement along its axis. The spindle is rotated by a drive gear (26) via an intermediate gear (24) which is mounted on a shaft (31) which is in turn mounted on a moving support (33) which is resiliently urged towards a rest position by return means (39). The wrench device also includes detector means (45) for detecting movement of said moving support (33). When a desired torque has been reached, the moving support (33) is driven away from its rest position by said drive gear (26), and said movement is detected by said detector means (45), which are arranged to then release the jaws of the spindle.

The device comprises a hopper (12) divided in two by a grid (21) and arranged to feed selectively a volumetric metering device (13) or directly the receptacle through the intermediacy of a distributor with a stopcock plug (14).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device permitting the cleaning of at least one filling head (3) containing a movable nonreturn valve (13) adapted to be held in the open position by a control rod (19) carried by a grid carrier sleeve (15), a fixed collector member (4) being disposed around each filling head, each collector member having an opening disposed plumb with the filling head and adapted to receive a closure member (9) having an annular collar (30) adapted to bear against the bottom part of the movable sleeve (15) in order to effect the opening of the valve, while an annular member (26) provides a seal against the inside wall (27) of the collector member (4). The device has application in particular to a turntable for filling by weight.

Abstract: In a preferred embodiment the jet divider device according to the invention comprises a series of frustoconical walls (2) having at the top a collar (3) projecting radially outwards, three radial arms (4) extending inwards and effecting the spacing of the members when a plurality of members of decreasing diameter are nested.The assembly is disposed in a grid-carrier sleeve of a filling head and produces a radial component of the flow. During the flowing of a pulpy product, the elements of the pulp which would tend to straddle the top edges of the different members are thus subjected to a radial force and entrained by the liquid to be packed.
