Abstract: An antibacterial spray device is provided for spraying a liquid contained in a receptacle (R). The device comprises an endpiece designed to cover an outlet tube (G) of a pump (P) which is mounted on the receptacle (R) by a collar (C). The endpiece (1) includes an internal duct (11) which extends from the outlet tube (G) to an end cavity (10) and is surrounded coaxially by a tapering cylindrical outside wall (12), which is attached at its bottom portion to a bearing shoulder (13) for operating the pump (P). The end cavity (10) is provided with an ejection orifice (100) and houses a valve (2) therein. All component parts that come into contact with the liquid, including the endpiece, are made, at least in part, of a plastics material containing between 0.2% and 2% by weight of a bactericidal agent which acts solely by coming into contact with the liquid but without being released into the liquid.

Abstract: The invention provides a dispenser of substance in liquid or paste form, the dispenser being of the type comprising, in particular, a cylinder (1) of substance surmounted firstly by an endpiece (2) provided with an internal evacuation duct (2a) and fitted, secondly with a substance-taking system provided with an exhaust valve, the dispenser being characterized in that the substance-taking system comprises a piston (3) received in the cylinder (1) and having an axial duct (30) passing therethrough and connected to an outlet tube (4) whose bottom end (4a) cooperates with the axial duct (30) to define an admission orifice (40) and whose top end (4b) is secured to the endpiece (2) forming a pushbutton which bears directly or indirectly on the outside face (3a) of the piston (3) to put the cylinder (1) under pressure.

Abstract: An assembly system for providing sealed assembly between a miniature pump whose body is supported by a sleeve, and a reservoir of small capacity, by forced internal or external engagement,wherein the side wall of the sleeve or of the reservoir includes a grooved zone forming a vent which is longitudinally terminated by an adjacent smooth zone; the zones being designed to slide with radial clamping over the entire length relative to a smooth portion of the facing wall of the reservoir or of the sleeve for the purpose of progressively closing the grooved zone and coming into sealing contact with the smooth zone at the completion of the engagement.

Abstract: A nozzle for dispensing a liquid or semi-liquid substance (P) and designed to be mounted on a tank (R) suitable for being put under pressure. The nozzle is of the type comprising a thimble (1) and moving shutter (2) housed inside the thimble. The thimble (1) is provided with a coupling end (11) for coupling to the tank (R) and an ejection orifice (10). The shutter (21) is constituted by a rod (21) carrying a plug (20) at an outer end thereof. The plug (20) cooperates with the ejection orifice (10) to form a delivery valve. The rod (21) also carries a transverse wall (22) at an inner end thereof. The wall (22) leaves a passage for the substance (P) and cooperates with a resilient return means (3) for returning the moving shutter (2) towards a closed position in which the plug (20) is engaged in sealed manner in the ejection orifice (10).

Abstract: A device for packaging and dispensing a sterile liquid product. The device comprises a reservoir on which a nozzle is mounted. The nozzle is provided with an inner conduit which has an upstream end communicating with the reservoir and a downstream end opening to the outside via an evacuation orifice. The inner conduit is at last partially obturated by an insert of selective porosity which allows both a metered flow of the product to the outside and a filtration of air sucked towards the inside, stopping biological polluting and/or contaminating agents.

Abstract: A device for packaging and dispensing a liquid or semi-liquid substance (P) in which a substance (P) in a receptacle (1), which is closed in a sealed manner firstly at a top by a cap (2) and secondly at a bottom by an internally movable punt (5), is compressed. The device includes an elastically deformable membrane (4) received in the top of the receptacle (1). The membrane (4) is formed by a substantially frustoconical axial valve (40) having a top portion provided with a central ejection orifice (41), a middle portion running into a channel section ring (42) and a bottom portion provided with a stretchable thin skirt (43) connected to a flange (44). The skirt (43) extends upwards along an internal wall of the receptacle (1). The flange (44) fixes the membrane (4) to the receptacle (1). A nozzle-forming tube (3) passes axially through the cap (2) of the receptacle (1). The tube (3) has a top end (31) projecting outside the receptacle (1) and an internal bottom end.

The nozzle is constituted by a hinged inner element which is at least partially received in the outlet duct, and by an outer element fixed to bear in sealed manner against the inner element so as to define between their respective contacting surfaces a network of swirl-inducing channels communicating with the outlet duct and opening to the outside via a spray orifice formed through the outer element.

Abstract: A system for packaging and dispensing liquid includes a glass vial, a metering pump and an assembly element. The vial, which defines a volume for receiving and containing the liquid, has a body, neck and tip. The neck and tip are joined at a line of weakness, and the vial is opened by snap-off removal of the tip at the weakness. The metering pump has a tubular body with a dip tube projecting downward, and a push-button dispensing head with a piston disposed for movement within the pump body, with a hollow rod defining an ejection duct projecting upwards. The pump body defines a vent closed by the piston at rest, and, in a mid-region, defines a shoulder for supporting engagement upon a lip of the vial neck.

Abstract: This invention has as its subject a dispensing device for fluid-like products, composed of a container having a cylindrical drum, of which one end is provided with a movable base and the other end includes a neck which is capped by a distributor assembly including a pump with axial intake which is fitted onto a plunger sleeve. The lower face of the sleeve penetrates into the neck of the container during the fixing of the distributor assembly in the neck of the container, coming into position in sliding sealing engagement with a bearing surface of the neck.

Abstract: An inhaler for powder products comprising a housing having an oral suction mouthpiece, a piston contained within the housing for movement in opposite directions, and an elastic member for urging the piston in one direction. The mouthpiece connects with a chamber in which the piston is located so that inhaling through the mouthpiece draws the piston toward the user's mouth. The piston includes a charging cavity for holding a charge of powder product. The cavity communicates with the internal volume of the mouthpiece as the piston is drawn toward the user's mouth whereby the charge is dispensed and inhaled by the user.

Abstract: A liquid dispensing device having a pump carrying the internal mechanism disposed in a container part of the device. The pump has a flange which rests on the upper edge of the container and which is connected to an outer bush member. The bush member is fitted on an outer bearing surface of the wall of the container in radial sealing engagement therewith. The pump includes a venting passageway for connecting the interior of the container to the atmosphere during dispensing of the liquid. In assembling the device, the pump and bush member are first connected together and then connected to the container with the pump in a position to maintain the passageway open to the interior of the container.

The pump has a flange which rests on the upper edge of the container and which is connected to an outer bush member. The bush member is fitted on an outer bearing surface of the wall of the container in radial sealing engagement therewith. The pump includes a venting passageway for connecting the interior of the container to the atmosphere during dispensing of the liquid. A piston is mounted for reciprocal movement through a portion of the body and it extends through the upper end of the body. A seal is disposed is disposed between the ferrule and the body, and the seal surround a portion of the piston. A spring is mounted in the body, and the spring actively biases the piston toward the top of the body. The body has a deformable zone which has at least a portion of one side wall which is a noncircular cross-section and is radially elastically deformable. The piston has a portion which blocks the inlet orifice when the piston is depressed a first predetermined distance.
