Abstract: A device for placing disks contained in a cartridge comprises a disk cartridge receiving area, a piston, means for moving the piston between a high position and a low position to enable, in the state in which a disk is positioned in the path followed by the piston during the transition from the high position to the low position of the piston, the disk to be placed on a surface vertically in line with the disk, a transfer system capable of transferring a disk from the cartridge in the cartridge receiving area to a location, arranged in the path to be followed by said piston, the said transit area. The device comprises a disk motion assist guide positionable in the transit area and moveable in a direction parallel to the up and down direction of movement of the piston.

Abstract: A device is provided for the storage and selection of cartridges (20) that are pre-filled with reactive discs to be placed on a support. The support has a plurality of magazines (2) each able to store a cartridge (20) of discs, at least one magazine-holding support (3) and, for each support (3), drive means (4) for moving the magazine-holding support (3). The device (1) has a chamber (5) for housing at least one magazine-holding support (3). A drive mechanism (8) drives the movement of the magazine (2) in the placement configuration between a position in which said magazine (2) is distant from and a position in which same is closer to the placement opening (7) of the chamber (5).

Abstract: A device for fastening a holding part on an eyeglass frame placed on a plate comprises an arm adapted to receive removably the holding part and a carriage on which the arm pivots between a raised loading end position and a lowered fitting end position. The carriage is mobile on a frame in a straight line between a retracted rest end position and an advanced end of travel position. A transmission system operative between a drive system and either the arm or the carriage is such that, at least when the carriage is in the vicinity of its advanced end of travel position, the arm is in its retracted fitting position. A locking device is operative between the arm and the carriage to lock the arm releasably to the carriage when in its lowered rest position.
