Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for forming a surface of a building partition having a cavity therein. The apparatus comprises an elongate support member having a first and second panel support extending substantially perpendicularly therefrom. The method comprises locating the elongate support member at a position corresponding to the surface to be formed, engaging a first panel to the front surface of the first support surface and engaging a second panel to the rear surface of the second support surface in coplanar relation to the first panel to form a first wall form. A plurality of insulated blocks may form a second form with a concrete partition to be formed between the first and second forms. The first and second panels may be removed and a facing panel secured to the second front surface of the second upright such that the concrete surface and the facing panel form a cavity therebetween.
