Abstract: The present invention relates to a packaging and applicator device, comprising: a reservoir containing at least one composition for application; a support that is secured to the reservoir during application and/or when the device is in a closed configuration; and a non-porous membrane that is carried by the support, that has at least one dispenser orifice passing therethrough for dispensing the composition, and that is externally covered, at least in part, by flocking; the membrane co-operating with the support and/or with the reservoir to define an inside space containing the composition; the membrane being flexible and/or mounted on the support and/or on the reservoir in such a manner as to present the possibility of being deformed and/or of being displaced relative to the support and/or to the reservoir, resulting in a reduction in the volume of the inside space of at least 0.1 mL.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a packaging and application device that includes a composition and an applicator. The applicator includes an application element and a rod. The rod includes a first portion that includes at least two branches. The at least two branches form at least one cavity therebetween, the at least one cavity opens onto an outer surface of the rod, and the cavity includes a non-constant cross-section along the length of the rod.

Abstract: The device includes a container and an applicator including a rod connected at a first end to a gripping member and to an application element at a second end. The device further includes a first wiping member disposed in the container and including a deformable portion configured to wipe the application element during extraction of the application element from the container. The device includes a movable adjustment member that limits deformation of the deformable portion during passage of the application element through the deformable portion. Deformation of the deformable portion is less limited by the adjustment member when the adjustment member is in a second position than when the adjustment member is in a first position. The adjustment member typically limits deformation of the deformable portion without substantially constraining the deformable portion when the deformable portion is un-deformed by either the application element or rod, irrespective of a position of the adjustment member.

Abstract: A brush applicator including at least one tuft of hairs, a stick with a mounting including a first opening at one end of the stick. The tuft of hairs is fixed in the mounting by at least one fastener. The mounting is formed by a tubular wall including at least one punched portion so as to increase the retention of the fastener and/or modify the configuration of the hairs. A method of making the brush applicator includes punching a stick to as to form the appropriate shape of the stick.
