  • Patent number: 9322808
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of non-destructive inspection of mechanical structures (2) by using vibratory waves in order to detect local defects and/or changes of state. According to the invention, the method comprises: a first training stage in which a transient vibratory excitation is injected into an inspection zone (Z) and the received signals are picked up and time reversed in order to constitute reference excitation signals; a second training stage in which the reference excitation signals are emitted simultaneously and the resulting diverging signals are picked up in order to constitute reference response signals; and a stage of inspecting the mechanical structure (2), in which the reference excitation signals are emitted, the resulting diverging signals are picked up, and the diverging signals are compared with the reference response signals.

    Assignee: 01DB-METRAVIB
Inventors: Pascal Vouagner, Jean-Louis Guyader, Jacques Charvin
  • Patent number: 8807276
Abstract: The invention concerns a multilayer composite material comprising at least one core (3) interposed between two external layers (1, 2), wherein: —the core (3) is a layer of thermoviscous fluid at room temperature, said thermoviscous fluid having a dynamic viscosity coefficient greater than 100 Pa·s at room temperature, —each external layer (1, 2) is in a material in the solid state at room temperature, each external layer having a surface mass of less than 8 kg/m2.

  • Patent number: 8474198
Abstract: Sound insulating glazing device for aircrafts, ground or maritime transportation vehicles, buildings, or others, including glazing, a sealing joint in a shape and size corresponding to the edge of the glazing and designed for assembly on said edge, sound insulation, made of at least two materials, a first resilient material and a second material with less resilience than the first, the sound insulation being used against the field of said glazing, between the glazing and the sealing joint. The invention is also for aircrafts that are equipped with at least a glazing device and a soundproofing method for glazing.
