The outer part (1) has an upper flange (10), containing centered internal toothing (11) which can be engaged by counter-toothing (21) in the inner part (2), when in the assembly position. The inner part (2) has at least one catch groove in a catch area between two cylindrical sections. At least one counter-catch of the outer part (1) is inserted into said catch groove in the assembly position.
