  • Patent number: 6641436
Abstract: The present invention provides an angled coaxial electrical connector device, comprising a box suitable for being fixed on a base and a coaxial connector element suitable for being assembled with said box and comprising first and second generally tubular portions having respective perpendicular axes, the first portion having a coaxial contact element and the second portion being suitable for receiving a coaxial cable, the box presenting an internal cavity suitable for receiving at least part of said first tubular portion, and wherein one of the elements taken from the connector element and the box includes a housing formed by an annular groove, and the other element includes at least one portion in relief, each such portion in relief presenting an elastically deformable tab suitable for snap-fastening in said annular groove, said tab being suitable for sliding in said annular groove when the connector element and the box are assembled together so that the connector element is free to turn relative to the box

  • Patent number: 6293824
Abstract: The invention relates to a connector element for mounting on an electric cable comprising at least an inner conductor and a helically-corrugated outer conductor, said element comprising a body and a ring suitable for being secured to the body by screwing, and having a tapped segment for screwing the ring onto the helically-corrugated outer conductor of the cable, and a tapped segment for securing the ring to the body by screw engagement. The tapped segments of the ring have oppositely-handed screw threads such that screwing the body into the ring, while the ring is prevented from rotating, causes the body and the cable to move towards each other.

  • Patent number: 6287144
Abstract: A coaxial connector element including an outer contact connected to the outer conductor of a coaxial cable, a central contact having a longitudinal axis and circularly-symmetrical neck at a rear end, and a coupling mounted on the central conductor of the coaxial cable, the coupling provided with a resilient fork having two prongs defining a seat between them for snap-fastening the neck of the central contact. Each prong having a pointed end defined by two cylindrical recesses, whereby when the coupling initially contacts the neck of the central contact, the coupling is angularly offset from its normal snap-fastening position to a position in which the neck is securely engage by the fork.

  • Patent number: 6238218
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for electrically connecting a coaxial line to a printed circuit card having at least two conductor tracks each extending to an edge of said card. The device has an outer contact and a center contact received inside the outer contact. The outer contact has a portion for connection to the card that is substantially tubular in shape, being provided with two diametrically-opposite slots which subdivide said connection portion into two jaws arranged to pinch between them said card inserted via its edge between said jaws, and the center contact has portion for connection to the card in the form of a clip into which the edge of the card is engaged when the card is inserted between the two jaws of the outer contact.
