Abstract: Method of producing a product including a carrier for audio and/or video digital data, of the audio or video compact disc type, by: printing on the surface of a blank compact disc opposite the reading surface, an informative picture relating to audio and/or video digital data which are intended to be recorded subsequently on the compact disc, and offering the printed blank compact disc for sale. The compact disc carries, on an opposite face, a printed informative picture intended to be recorded subsequently. The compact disc is free of any digital data which are intended to be recorded subsequently, and the product is accessible to a server via a digital telecommunications network, of the internet, with a view to downloading from the server, the data intended to be recorded on the printed blank compact disc.
