Said flange is firstly extended outwardly by a lateral gutter (10, 11) that is open in the opposite direction to the channel, and secondly it has a series of holes (12) punched out therein so as to form a corresponding number of tabs (13) extending parallel to the general plane of the plate, and towards the inside of the channel.
