  • Publication number: 20110295289
Abstract: Microsurgery clamp, particularly a microincision capsulorhexis clamp, having a proximal handling portion or handle including two branches or arms interconnected at one of the ends thereof, so as to be suitable for being approached or separated elastically, and a distal clamping portion having two narrow and thin clamping blades connected to the distal ends of the handling branches and oriented laterally relative thereto. The distal end of each of the clamping blades being curved in a direction opposite to that of the handle, so as to form a clamping tip. The clamping blades are oriented in a direction or plane corresponding to the approaching or separation directions of the handling branches. The clamping blades are arranged above each other, relative to a vertical position of said handle, so that the approaching or separation movement of said handling branches results in the approaching or separation movement of said clamping tips, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20100137876
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a surgical micromanipulator tip including a proximal mounting base, at least a first elbow, and a distal manipulator finger. The elbow is connected to the mounting base and terminates at the free end of the tip. In addition, the mounting base includes at least one distal segment. The first elbow and the manipulator finger together form a tip portion. The tip portion is uniformly tapered by pointing.

  • Publication number: 20090240281
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing disposable tweezer tips for ophthalmological microsurgery tweezers for cataract surgery, especially those with a grip portion in a single piece of plastic and two arms interconnected by one of the ends thereof in order to form the proximal portion of the tweezers. There is also a tweezer portion having metal tips inserted into the distal ends of the arms during the molding of the grip part. The tweezer tips with the grip teeth are cut out and shaped on a cutting press provided with suitable cutting tools from a metal strip or plate having a tensile strength coefficient of between 350 and 550 Rm N/mm2.

  • Publication number: 20090030448
Abstract: The invention relates to a surgical forceps, in particular an opthalmologic microsurgical forceps. The invention includes a gripping part moulded in one piece from a plastic material. The gripping part has two arms connected to one another at one end thereof. There is a clamping part formed by metal tips inserted into the distal ends of the arms during the moulding of the gripping part. The distal part of the forceps is equipped with centering devices having a cylindrical finger solidly connected to one of the branches of the forceps and oriented towards the other branch. The centering devices also have a transfixing hole provided in the other branch opposite the finger. According to the invention, the centering devices are provided in the end portions of the plastic arms, in which the proximal portions of the metal tips are inserted.

  • Patent number: 6415143
Abstract: The invention discloses a method of transferring calls from a first station of a first telecommunications network (PSTN) including integrated call transfer means to a mobile station connected to a radio communications network. An auxiliary device is intended to automatically trigger a call transfer activation and/or deactivation control by transmitting predefined messages from the auxiliary device which have integrated network transfer means (PSTN) for their destination. The auxiliary device may advantageously be used in a charger of a mobile station and thus it includes detection means for detecting the presence of the mobile station for automatically triggering a call transfer when the station does not rest on its charger.

  • Patent number: 5950809
Abstract: An illuminated keyboard with keys capable of selectively passing through polarized light of different polarization directions. Keys are provided with two different labels. In a first mode a first label associated with a key is selected, and in a second mode a second label associated with the same key is selected. A first polarizing filter is provided, which filter is associated with the first label, for passing through the first label of polarized light emerging from a first source of plane-polarized light, and to filter polarized light emerging from a second source of plane-polarized light, the polarization directions of the two sources being perpendicular to each other. Similarly, a second polarizing filter is provided which is associated with the second label. The selection of the different labels associated with a key is performed by selectively energizing the first and the second source.
