  • Patent number: 4119923
Abstract: Corrector consisting in arranging, in the circuit of an electrode of a transistor, or between two transistorized stages, of an amplifier to be corrected, a circuit equipped with at least one varactor in parallel with a resistance and fed by the current flowing through the transistor or transistors under a source impedance which is sufficiently low by comparison with that of this circuit, the effects of the variation in the capacitance of the varactor or varactors, in dependence upon the signal, compensating those due to this varactor effect.
