Publication number: 20240109578Abstract: This sliding accessory includes an elongated baseplate for sliding on snow, presenting opposite sides and a shoe, removably attached to a stroller wheel. The shoe defines a housing receiving a lower wheel portion, open toward the top and fixedly delimited by a bottom wall, and by two parallel side walls facing one another. Each side wall has a relief projecting toward the other. The reliefs cooperate by contact with the tire so as, by relative displacement between the accessory and the wheel, to pass the accessory between an operational configuration wherein the reliefs press the tire against the bottom wall to wedge part of the tire in the lower part of the housing to secure the sliding accessory to the wheel, and an inoperative configuration wherein the accessory disengages from the wheel, the tire being elastically compressed by the reliefs as the accessory passes between the two configurations.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 15, 2022Publication date: April 4, 2024Inventor: Jean-Michel CHAUDEURGE

Patent number: 11220282Abstract: A stroller accessory connects to a stroller to form a double stroller together and is unusable to transport a child when the accessory is disconnected from the stroller. It includes a frame, a connection mechanism reversibly connecting the accessory to the stroller while defining a tilting axis around which the front part of the accessory frame and the rear of the stroller frame tilt freely relative to one another, two pivoting wheels on a rear part of the frame, a pushing member on the frame rear, a control mechanism controlling a rolling blocking of the double stroller, on the frame front that cooperates mechanically with a rolling blocking system, in the stroller, controlling the blocking system, and an actuating member, on the frame rear to be activated by a user standing behind the double stroller, and which is coupled to the control mechanism so as to actuate the latter.Type: GrantFiled: January 10, 2020Date of Patent: January 11, 2022Assignee: BABYZENInventor: Jean-Michel Chaudeurge

Patent number: 10683025Abstract: A platform for a pushchair includes a frame with at least one wheel, and a device for reversibly connecting to the frame of a pushchair supported by the frame. The device can be attached between left and right uprights of the pushchair, belonging to left and right rear portions of the pushchair frame, parallel to and facing each other, with respective and second female housings. The device includes: first and second male elements moving relative to the frame between a connection position and a disconnection position; and a mechanism for activating the first and second male elements, this mechanism being suitable for: jointly moving, through the action of only one hand of a user, the first and second male elements from their connection position to their disconnection position; and automatically returning the first and second male elements from their disconnection position to their connection position.Type: GrantFiled: June 19, 2017Date of Patent: June 16, 2020Assignee: BABYZENInventor: Jean-Michel Chaudeurge

Patent number: 9463820Abstract: Pushchair which is moveable between an unfolded position and a folded position, comprising a structure with in particular two handle uprights (1, 1?), front legs (3, 3?), rear legs (5, 5?), seat supports (7, 7?), a backrest (2), and hinges (31-35, 41-47) for folding the pushchair flat. The pushchair also comprises a textile base (16), tensioners (18, 18?) for tensioning a front part (16a) of the textile base (16), a cover (19) with at least one main bow (20), and fixing elements (23, 23?) allowing each side of the main bow (20) to be fixed for example to a fixing point of the front part (16a) of the textile base (16) close to the tensioners. In the unfolded position, the backrest (2) is held against the seat supports (7, 7?) and can hold a child in the lying position facing the rear of the pushchair. In the unfolded position, the tensioners (18, 18?) are tensioned and allow deployment of the front part (16a) of the textile base (16) and the protective cover (19).Type: GrantFiled: September 9, 2014Date of Patent: October 11, 2016Assignee: BABYZENInventors: Gilles Henry, Jean-Michel Chaudeurge
