  • Patent number: 9596358
Abstract: This invention relates generally to a system and method to provide mobile subscription service management for medium and large corporations, allowing continuing backend total cost optimization. It determines a minutes pool collectively shared by a group of users, with an equitable cost allocation scheme which assures individual cost saving relative to the least cost stand-alone plan. The system provides real-time active mobile devices usage alert management, expense monitoring, report generation, individual internal cost center based billing and hierarchical data access through a web-based portal. The system is built on a Uniform Database, pulling information from Monthly Statements, Call Detail Records (CDRs), invoices, plan features and data usage summaries across diverse vendor platforms.

  • Patent number: 9514424
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed. One or more processors prioritize at least some tasks and actions associated with a user. A to-do list is provided that includes the prioritized task. First electronic data event information representing a sending or receiving of data associated with at least one of the tasks is received and at least one of the tasks and at least some of the actions are reprioritized. The to-do list is modified based at least on the reprioritizing, and is provided to the user.

  • Publication number: 20140344023
Abstract: This invention relates generally to a system and method to provide price benchmark for a bundled product consisting of two or more components, with particular application in telecommunications products/services. Benchmarking bundled services usually revolves around choosing a price distribution quantile of (near) identical bundled transactions. Historical transaction data lacks sufficient volume to extract reliable statistical information to price benchmark bundled telecommunications services of “similar” nature (typically includes triplets of access, port/plug and CustomerPremisesEquipment). An alternative, Component Based Model (CBM), approach sums the price quantile of each component in the bundle. The advantage of CBM is that price data by network element is more abundant providing acceptable statistical reliability. The drawback is that the sum of quantile values usually underestimates the quantile of the sum.
