    Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable solution of sodium hypochlorite which is useful as an antiseptic. The solution contains sodium hypochlorite in a quantity sufficient for 4 to 6 grams per liter of active chlorine, a pH regulator in a quantity sufficient to yield a pH greater than 10 and less than or equal to 10.5 and purified water in a quantity sufficient to yield 1 liter of solution.
