Abstract: A cardiac safety risk model for use in drug safety testing and/or pharmacological agent development is disclosed. The cardiac safety risk model has at least one baseline function based on at least one baseline biomarker. The cardiac safety risk model also has at least one follow-up function based on at least one follow-up biomarker. The cardiac safety risk model further has at least one overall function based on the at least one baseline function and the at least one follow-up function. A method of generating a cardiac safety risk model and a method of drug safety testing are also disclosed.
