Abstract: A subscribers' profiling system for real-time subscriber profiling includes memorizing at least one profile consisting of a criterion and subscribers' demographic data. The subscribers' demographic data is analyzed to determine a subscriber-owned device for which the demographic criteria of a specific profile are met (by the demographic data of the subscriber). Information corresponding to the IP data traffic generated by a device is extracted in real time from the IP data records; the extracted information is analyzed in real time to determine that a contextual criterion or a data usage criterion of a specific profile is met. A computer-implemented subscriber's state manager is updated in real time when all the criteria of a specific profile are met for a device.

Abstract: The present method and system relate to monitoring a subscriber base in an IP data network. The method and system receive at a subscriber base system information extracted from collected data of IP data sessions. The extracted information comprises at least a unique identifier and a timestamp. The subscriber base system queries a subscriber database with the extracted information to correlate with a corresponding subscriber record. If the extracted information is correlated to the corresponding subscriber record, the extracted information is used to update the subscriber database. If the extracted information cannot be correlated to an existing subscriber record, the extracted information is used to create a new subscriber record in the subscriber database.

Abstract: The present relates to a method and a system for identifying applications accessing HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) based content in IP data networks. The method and system collects, by means of at least one collecting entity, real time data from IP data traffic occurring in an IP data network. The method and system extracts information from the collected real time data, the information comprising parameters related to an application accessing HTTP based content in the IP data network. And, the method and system transmits the information from the at least one collecting entity to an analytic system. The method and system further processes the information, at the analytic system. The processing comprises: analyzing the parameters related to an application accessing HTTP based content to identify the application.

Abstract: The present relates to a method and a system for evaluating a mobile device manufacturer performance. The method and system update a database of subscriber records representative of mobile devices used on a mobile operator network, and extract information from the subscriber records in the database in relation to a selected mobile device manufacturer and a selected time period. The method and system further process said information to calculate a metric representative of a performance of said selected mobile device manufacturer over said selected time period, wherein each subscriber record comprises at least a unique identifier of a subscriber, a mobile device manufacturer identifier, and a timestamp.

Abstract: The present method and system relate for analyzing a mobile operator data network. The method and system dynamically collect and record information of mobile devices from Internet Protocol data sessions occurring on the mobile operator data network. The collected information is processed to detect and record at least one change in one of the mobile devices with a date of occurrence. The method and system then analyze the collected information and the recorded at least one change to generate metrics representative of evolution on the mobile operator data network.
