Abstract: A guide arm with dual guiding functionality is disclosed. The guide arm comprises two parallelogram mechanisms with a slew drive in between. The first parallelogram mechanism may move the guide arm between different travel positions. The slew drive may rotate the second parallelogram mechanism between different clock positions. The second parallelogram mechanism may extend and retract the guide arm. The guide arm may be mounted to a belly board or to a derrick wall rather than on a drill floor. A first guiding functionality may include guiding the lower end of a pipe stand in transfer between a drilling rig well center and a storage position. A second guiding functionality may include guiding the pin end of a single tubular between a drilling operation and a catwalk.

Abstract: A hoisting system is disclosed including a moveable sheave coupled to a well support structure, the moveable sheave slideable along the well support structure and relative to a fixed sheave to laterally move a hoisting line relative to a well center. The hoisting system may include a second moveable sheave such that a second hoisting line may be laterally moved to various locations including a second well center or the same well center as the first hoisting line.

Abstract: A wireline riser tensioner system includes a set of tensioning units arranged about a first well with at least one tensioning cable connected to a first and a second tension ring of the first and second wells, respectively. Both wells can be serviced using the same set of tensioning units. The at least one tensioning cable is routed through a plurality of sheaves. If not being serviced, the first or the second well might serve as an anchor.
