Abstract: A method implemented on a computer comprises the steps of receiving an input value to be evaluated; queuing the input value in a queue; selecting, in the queue, a queued input value; determining an output value by evaluating, by inference of the rules base, the queued input value selected. Developments describe the broadcasting of one or more output values, the scheduling in time and/or in space of the evaluations of the queued input values (notably in terms of computation resources), the selective evaluation of input values, the use of a dependency graph, parameters of expiration of parts of rules in time, the use of inference according to fuzzy logic. System aspects, notably component and software aspects, are described.

Abstract: There is disclosed a method implemented by computer for manipulating a sentence expressed in natural language comprising the determination of one or more destination locations in an initial sentence in response to the selecting of one or more words, said destination locations or “ghost locations” being determined by syntactic analysis of the sentence. Various developments include the display of the destination location or locations in response to the selecting of the word or words, and the display of one or more suggestions of words corresponding to the one or more ghost locations. Semantic validations by logical verification, by similarity and by graph analysis are described. System aspects are described, including the employment of a touch-sensitive tablet.

Abstract: The invention includes a prediction method for the screening or diagnosis or therapeutic management or prognosis of prostate cancer, including collecting individual input data and providing predictive information on the risk linked to a type of disease. The input data includes at least one variable or a combination of variables of the genetic type such as the identification of markers of genetic polymorphisms considered as being linked to the development of the disease. The invention also provides an individual prediction device for the screening or diagnosis or therapeutic management or prognosis of prostate cancer including first means for acquiring individual information data by a user, and at least a first software interface on which the said first means operate. The invention additionally includes a computer program product having the method and providing predictive information on risk linked to a disease.
