Abstract: A system for fixing the mobile jaw on a conical head of a cone or giratory stone crusher, includes a bowl, with a feed hopper mounted thereon, a fixed truncated jaw mounted coaxially with the bowl, a crushing head mounted on a main shaft coaxial with the fixed jaw and a conical mobile jaw mounted on the head and clamped thereon by a locking element integral with the head and pressing on the top of the mobile jaw. The element has on its outer periphery notches radially oriented outwards and uniformly distributed on the periphery and the mobile jaw has, on its inner periphery, at its openings studs radially oriented inwards, uniformly distributed on the periphery and matching in number the notches, the studs penetrating when mounted in the notches so as to secure the locking element and the mobile jaw in rotation when the crusher is operating.

Abstract: A cone crusher includes a truncated conical crushing chamber, whose wall supports a fixed jaw (1), and a conical head (2) mounted on a shaft coaxial with the chamber and provided with an eccentric. The eccentric carries the movable jaw (2). The spacing r between the jaws (1, 3), including the compensation for overall wear, is carried out when stopped, before working, by elements ensuring a vertical movement of the fixed jaw (1) relative to the frame (11), whilst the measures of adjustment, safety and daily wear compensation are adjusted, during working of the crusher, by at least one jack (7) located below the movable jaw (2) to provide to the latter a vertical movement.

Abstract: The rotor (2) being operatively associated with an indexing member (13) in the form of a prism, coaxial and secured in rotation with the rotor, said indexing member having a number of projecting edges equal to the number of beaters (3), the indexing member being positioned on the axis of the rotor such that the application of the indexing plate (25) against the surface of the indexing member causes a rotation of the rotor (2) to a position in which one of the beaters is located at a position of maximum approach with the impact baffle (5), wherein approach of said baffle (5) into contact with the end of said beater (3) defines an origin of adjustment of the spacing ® between said baffle and said beater and thus the adjustment of said spacing for the desired granulometry.

Abstract: The rotor (2) comprises an indexing member (13) in the form of a prism, coaxial and secured in rotation with it and having a number of projecting edges equal to the number of beaters (3), this member being positioned on the axis of the rotor such that the application against one of its surfaces of an indexing plate (15) mounted at the end of the rod of an indexing jack (14), perpendicular to this rod, causes a rotation of the rotor (2) to a position in which the end of beater (3) corresponding to said edge is located at said position of a maximum approach with the impact baffle (5), thereby permitting defining the origin of adjustment of the spacing (R) between these two elements (5, 3) and thus the desired granulometry.
