    Abstract: This invention pertains to polyfluorinated sulfonamides having the formulaC.sub.n F.sub.2n+1 --CH.sub.2 --.sub.b SO.sub.2 --NRR'wherein n is a number of from 1 to about 20; b is an integer of from 2 to about 20; R is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen radical and an alkyl radical having from 1 to about 10 carbon atoms; and R' is selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen radical, an alkyl radical of from 1 to about 10 carbon atoms, a cyclic alkyl radical of from 5 to 12 carbon atoms, and an aryl radical of from about 6 to 12 carbon atoms. These compounds are prepared through the action of polyfluorinated sulfonic chloride on an amino derivative.

    Abstract: The invention comprises perfluoroalkyl substituted amines of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is an integer from 1 to about 20, m is an integer between 2 or 4, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms and R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl containing 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an alkenyl containing 3 to 10 carbon atoms, a cycloparaffin radical containing 3 to 12 carbon atoms, a cycloalkenyl radical containing 5 to 12 carbon atoms, and N or O ring substituted cycloalkenyl radical containing 5 to 12 carbon atoms, or an aryl, or R.sup.3 or R.sup.4 are joined in the form of an alkylene radical of the formula--(CHR).sub.p --wherein p is an integer from 2 to 6 and R is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms. These products are useful as surface active agents.

    Abstract: This invention comprises perfluoroaliphatic substituted amino compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is an integer from 6 to 20, m is 2 or 4, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl with 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl containing 1 to 29 carbon atoms, an alkenyl containing 3 to 10 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing 3 to 12 carbon atoms, a cycloalkenyl with 5 to 12 carbon atoms, an N or O ring substituted cycloalkenyl radical containing 5 to 12 carbon atoms, an aryl, the radical --(CHR).sub.1 --OH wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and the method for preparing the same. This invention also comprises perfluoroaliphatic substituted amino compounds of the formula ##STR2## and mixtures of products of formula II with compounds of the formula ##STR3## and the method for preparing the same. The compounds are strong oleophobic and hydrophobic agents.
