  • Patent number: 5423080
Abstract: Microwave circuits, namely the circuits relating to the transmission-reception part and to the filtering of the microwave transceiver, are mounted on one and the same multilayer printed circuit and their electromagnetic insulation comprises, firstly, elements of the printed circuit such as conductive tracks on one of the faces of the printed circuit, metallized holes drilled in the tracks and close to one another so as to fulfil the role of an electromagnetic barrier and, at least in the case of some of them, a conductive plate and, secondly, attached elements with, especially, a thick metal lattice surmounted by a lid, the lattice resting on the conductive tracks.

  • Patent number: 4760587
Abstract: This device comprises a high-frequency signal generator (5) fitted with a modulation control input (10) to supply said pulses at its output in relation to a modulation signal applied to its modulation input and a modulation generator (15) to provide the modulation input with the modulation signal. This device also includes a replica circuit (18) to supply a replica of the pulse transmitted, a management circuit (25) to compare this replica wtih said pattern and to alter the modulation signal from the modulation generator so that the pattern complies with the replica.

  • Patent number: 4367473
Abstract: A radio distance measuring equipment emits a frequency modulated carrier wave signal, having a periodic frequency deviation .DELTA.F and a mean frequency F.sub.o, toward an object, and receives a portion of the carrier wave signal reflected by the object. A beat signal produced by mixing the emitted and received signals is applied to a control loop which determines the distance. Operation of the equipment is periodically interrupted, under the control of a microprocessor, to effect calibration of the frequency deviation and the mean frequency.
