Abstract: The plant comprises two broaching lines with successive actions, each comprising a traction device and an accompanying device which have axes of travel that are aligned along a common work axis. The work axes of the two broaching lines are separated by a distance at least equal to the diameter of the plate. The two traction devices and the two accompanying devices are arranged on the same side of the plate to be broached. The plate is moved on its support between a first broaching position in a first broaching line and a second broaching position in the second broaching line. The broaching on the first broaching line and the return of the traction and accompanying devices and of the broach to an initial arrangement, on the second broaching line, are performed simultaneously.
