  • Publication number: 20210345838
Abstract: A wall-mounted back scrubber apparatus for cleaning one's back in the shower includes a housing having a housing defining a housing inside. The housing front side has a central aperture and a plurality of secondary apertures extending through to the housing inside. A plurality of suction cups is coupled to the housing back side and is configured to selectively engage a shower wall. A motor is coupled to the housing within the housing inside and has a motor shaft extending through the central aperture. A central brush is coupled to the motor shaft and a central gear is coupled to the motor shaft within the housing inside to drive a plurality of secondary gears attached to a plurality of gear shafts coupled to the housing back side and extending through the plurality of secondary apertures. A plurality of secondary brushes is coupled to the plurality of gear shafts.

  • Patent number: 5996274
Abstract: A rodent trap for drowning a plurality of rodents and other small pests without the need for resetting the trap is disclosed. The inventive device includes a ramp engageable to a rim of a conventional pail and a rotating body positionable horizontally within the pail. The pail is partially filled with water or a mixture of water and ethylene glycol in such manner that the rotating body is free to rotate a distance above the water or mixture line. The rotating body includes a cylindrical body rotatably mounted to a shaft in such manner that a rodent or like pest is unable to feed upon a rodent-attracting substance such as peanut butter spread on the cylindrical body without stepping upon the cylindrical body and thereby causing the cylindrical body to rotate and force the rodent or like pest into the water or mixture of water and ethylene glycol.

  • Patent number: 5714340
Abstract: A dry immunoassay analytical element, for assaying a ligand is disclosed. The element comprises, in the following order, (a) a layer containing a labeled ligand, (b) a bead spreading layer, c) a cross-linked hydrophilic polymer layer and d) a support; wherein(i) a fixed concentration of an immobilized receptor for the labeled ligand is located in a zone at the interface of layers (b) and (c); and(ii) the receptors are immobilized by being covalently bonded to polymeric beads that are smaller than the beads in layer (c).
