    Abstract: A carrier for one or a plurality of beverage containing cups such as those supplied to carry out customers of carry out restaurants, fast food restaurants and the like. The cup carrier constructed in accordance the present invention includes a one piece blank which can be folded to form a base with one or a plurality of openings for receiving a beverage cup to provide an easily set up cup carrier that stably suspends the cup or cups in an upright position when the carrier is supported by a handle structure positioned above the cups so that the force of gravity will maintain the cup or cups in an upright suspended position. A paddle insert is used to expand the number of cups that can be held by the cup carrier.

    Abstract: A cup holder for use with beverage containers which enables the beverage consumer to more effectively grasp and hold the combined holder and container when consuming a beverage from the container, more effectively stabilize the beverage container when supported on a supporting surface and provide insulation between the exterior of the beverage container and the hand of the beverage consumer. The cup holder is constructed in the form of a planar blank of recyclable material which can be quickly and easily formed into a sleeve and set up without the use of glue, easily assembled onto a cup or beverage container without requiring manual dexterity, easily removed from the cup and recycled when combined with the cup or separated therefrom.

    Abstract: A guide having a unique folding construction which enables the guide to have all of its components oriented in a straight line condition or enabling the end components to be oriented in perpendicular relation through a novel hinge structure at the juncture between the two end components. The hinge structure includes a triangular rigid component that is connected to the end components by a hinge structure having angularly disposed hinge axes between a triangular connecting member and two end components so that the end components can be oriented in perpendicular relation, in overlying relation or in longitudinal alignment. The foldable guide device may be used for various purposes and is preferably constructed of transparent material and provided with various indicia, guide lines and the like which enable it to be used for various purposes including assistance in accounting entries in a ledger or the like.

    Abstract: A guide for use by bookkeepers, accountants, auditors and the like in association with ledger sheets, journals, spread sheets and the like having informational indicia associated in horizontal rows and vertical columns to enable such information to be more accurately and easily read with less chance of error. The guide includes an L-shaped member having an elongated horizontal component and a shorter vertical component both of which have a longitudinally continuous transparent area delineated by beveled red lines with the area externally of the red lines being translucent with the width of the transparent area being substantially equal to the width of horizontal rows of indicia and the width of the vertical transparent area being substantially the same as the width of vertical columns of indicia. The juncture between the transparent areas is provided with a window to enable transcription of indicia on the underlying ledger sheet by inserting a writing instrument through the window.
