    Abstract: A self-supporting extension table is defined by a main table portion having a recess at one end, an edge opposite thereto, and a drop leaf adjacent the latter edge with the drop leaf corresponding in shape and configuration to the recess. The drop leaf is formed from the material removed from the recess which provides ease of manufacture at a low cost generally absent waste material.
