The reduction device 20 may include a plurality of support members 26, 28, 30 installed between a plurality of through hole plates 32, 34, 36, whereby a first space 38, a second space 40, and a third space 42 may be formed between the through hole plates 32, 34, 36 and the tank side walls 14. A first through hole 32?, a second through hole 34?, and a third through hole 36? may be formed in the through hole plates 32, 34, 36, respectively.
