    Abstract: An article of manufacture includes decorative ornamentation relating to constellations. More specifically, the article of manufacture bears at least a first and a second pattern of first and second elements, respectively. In the first pattern, the first elements are arranged in relative positions that correspond to relative positions of stars in a first constellation. In the second pattern, the second elements are arranged in relative positions that correspond to relative positions of stars in a second constellation. The first and second patterns are superimposed on each other, forming a decorative ornamentation that represents a composite of the first and second constellations. The patterns can be configured so that a relative size of each element corresponds to a relative brightness of the constellation star corresponding to that element.
