  • Patent number: 12676216
Abstract: A method of utilizing data object references to merge one or more programs, the method including: initiating, via a server, a session of a study for a user; assigning, via the server, a first program of the study to the user, the first program including a plurality of events divided into a plurality of phases, generating respective first data objects to reference each event in the first program; receiving a second program for the user, the second program including a plurality of second events divided into a plurality of second phases; identifying a current phase at which the user will enter the second program; generating second data objects to reference each event in the second program that occurs after the current phase; and merging the first program and the second program to determine a merged program.

  • Publication number: 20260112465
Abstract: Systems and methods for using data reference links to maintain data validation are disclosed. The method may include: initiating, via a trial server, a trial session for a user; determining, via the trial server, a validated instrument to be accessed for the trial session; transmitting, to an instrument library and via the trial session, a request for an instance of the validated instrument; receiving, from the instrument library, a data reference object that is operable as a data reference link to the validated instrument stored in the instrument library, such that the data reference object is operable to execute the validated instrument without generating a copy of the validated instrument; and causing a Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the trial session to operate the data reference object, such that a user device executes the validated instrument by reference.

  • Publication number: 20250130706
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing a device-agnostic environment with real-time rendering during instrument construction may include causing, via a processor of a user device, a graphical user interface of the user device to output a construction interface operable to edit contents of an instrument; causing, via the processor, the graphical user interface to output a rendered view of the instrument, wherein: the rendered view is generated via a simulated rendering environment of a base device operating on the user device, such that the simulated rendering environment interprets data of the instrument and generates the rendered view as if the instrument were natively displayed on the base device and while being agnostic to display characteristics of the user device; and the simulated rendering environment is configured to update the rendered view in real-time in response to adjustment to the construction interface.

  • Publication number: 20250131991
Abstract: A method of utilizing data object references to access a translated version of a validated instrument, the method including: retrieving, for a clinical study, a validated instrument, the validated instrument being drafted in a primary language; determining a secondary language associated with a user; obtaining a translation key that defines an arrangement of source text within the validated instrument; utilizing the translation key to generate a first translation export object that includes source text in the secondary language; inserting the first translation export object into the arrangement within the validated instrument; and displaying the validated instrument with the first translation export object to a user while the user completes the validated instrument.

  • Patent number: 6280299
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for delivering one or more rinse agents to a surface, such as a polishing pad surface and preferably one or more polishing fluids. The invention also provides a method of cleaning one or more surfaces, such as a polishing pad surface and a substrate surface, by delivering a spray of one or more rinse agents to the surface and, preferably, causing the rinse agent to flow across the surface from a central region to an outer region where unwanted debris and material is collected.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: August 28, 2001
    Assignee: Applied Materials, Inc.
Inventors: Daniel Kennedy, Boris Fuksshimov, Victor Belitsky, Boris Fishkin, Kyle Brown, Tom Osterheld, Jeff Beeler, Ginetto Addiego
