Abstract: A beverage container is provided for use in consuming beverages and for use in performing strength training exercises. The beverage container generally includes a body for holding beverages, and a handle coupled to the body. The handle includes a grip that is moveable relative to the body between multiple different positions, for example, to provide variations of hand positioning for consuming beverages and performing different strength training exercises. The beverage container generally defines a particular weight. In some aspects, the weight of the beverage container can be adjusted by adding one or more weights to the beverage container.
