The fluid dispenser can have an adapter ring that can be engaged with the pump neck, where the adapter ring can be selectively movable along a vertical length of the pump neck. The fluid dispenser can have a lock member, where the locking member can be associated with the adapter ring and the locking member can have a first unlocked position and a second locked position.
