The medical device also includes an instrument at least partially disposed in the lumen that is non-removable from the medical device, an instrument actuation mechanism for controlling the instrument, and a single handle connected to the proximal end of the tube and housing the instrument actuation mechanism. The instrument actuation mechanism, to which a proximal end of the instrument is affixed, may be configured to be moved between a first and second position on the single handle to control an extension and retraction of the instrument relative to the tube.
