Abstract: A care delivery system detects an event from one or more sensors. The event indicates a safety risk to a patient in a first location. The system determines a clinical workflow based on the safety risk, and one or more rules defined by a healthcare facility in a second location remote from the first location. The system initiates a telehealth consultation based on the clinical workflow. The telehealth consultation includes the patient and a first caregiver in the second location. The system generates an alert identifying the safety risk, and routes the alert to a second caregiver based on the clinical workflow.
