Next, data relating to the inquiry is retrieved and the data is filtered based on the demographic data associated with the at least one of the plurality of consumers. A response to the inquiry is customized according to the demographic data associated with the at least one of the plurality of consumers. Finally, the response is transmitted to the at least one of the plurality of consumers.
