  • Publication number: 20220311766
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to notification, and assistance systems that may utilize sensor-based authentication techniques. A computing platform may receive user information corresponding to a first user. The user information may be authentication information from a sensor and/or a first communication device associated with the user. Based on the received user information, the computing platform may authenticate an identity of the first user and determine a location of the first user. Then, based on authenticating the identity and determining the location, the sensor may retrieve data corresponding to the first user and transmit the data to a second communication device.

  • Publication number: 20190318438
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for a real-time inter-entity associate decision and relay. In this way, the invention provides a decision engine for decision making for uniform associate decisioning across an entity. The system comprises a platform agnostic decision and relay system for an entity that integrates across entity platforms, wherein integrating across entity platforms comprises reading and transmitting, compatibly, in one or more platform. The invention extracts data points from one or more platforms within an entity about an associate along with learning resources to generate a decision and relay system for the particular associate. The invention tailors decisions to identify specific functions or actions an associate should perform along with pinpointed direction for identification of how those functions are formulated and performed.
