Abstract: A system and method for the automation of debt recovery relating to deficiencies in amounts owed for a vehicle includes a database; an input translation module to receive a plurality of accounts; a judgment module enabled to receive user input and store data relating to a court judgment; modules for garnishment, tracking, queuing, output translation, and other actions enabled to use the data set to batch calculate and produce filing information and documentation required to initiate and maintain garnishments, judgments, tracking accounts through metatags and associated safeguards, display, index, and navigate a subset of accounts based on selected attributes of the data set, and transform the data set for use by accounting and financial analysis systems.
