Patent number: 12644467Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for an easy to a dual latch system that work simultaneously for locking a blade iron part of a ceiling fan blade to a motor-rotor housing. A first mechanism includes a protruding catch end with a vertical slot through the blade iron. The protruding end of the blade arm is pushed against a spring biased ledge member in the motor-rotor fan housing and when the blade iron is moved downward the protruding catch end hooks about an upwardly raised member inside the motor housing, and when the spring pushes the ledge member outward locks the blade in place with the first mechanism. The second mechanism includes a spring biased latch member with angled face under the first mechanism. A fixed protrusion under the blade iron in the direction of the motor-rotor housing forms a gap between the blade iron and the tab.Type: GrantFiled: August 15, 2025Date of Patent: June 2, 2026Assignee: HKC-US, LLCInventors: James Burns, Brendan Byrne, Jeff Newman

Patent number: 12637124Abstract: Devices, apparatus, systems and methods for providing a usable hand truck with a tiltable electrical fan, power strip for powering electrical equipment, a storage compartment/tray for supplies and a moveable electrical LED (light emitting diodes) light source. The moveable light can rotate up and down, and be able to pivot to a left direction and to a right direction. The power strip can include a rechargeable battery supply with USB ports and outlets to allow the fan and light source to be connected. The power strip can include a power cord to plug in the power strip to an electrical outlet. The hand truck can further include a pivotable lift grate having a middle extending footer. The hand truck can include front facing footers for allowing the hand truck to stay upright whether the pivotable lift grate is raised upward or lowered into a lift position.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 2024Date of Patent: May 26, 2026Assignee: HKC-US, LLCInventors: Brendan Byrne, Jeff Newman, Kent Mathis, Matt Willard, Michael Starkey

Patent number: 8827497Abstract: Devices, apparatus, fixtures, systems and methods of using a sliding hanger bracket for overhead lights that allows the light shade, such as a glass bowl, to lower away from a ceiling fan or light base, and tilt allowing the light shade to be cleaned and change light sources, such as the light bulbs, without having to disassemble the light fixture. The hanger bracket can have an up position locked in place where the outside of the overhead light appears undistinguishable from traditional ceiling light fixtures or lights on ceiling fans.Type: GrantFiled: January 11, 2013Date of Patent: September 9, 2014Assignee: Palm Coast Imports, LLCInventors: Jeff Newman, Bruce Nemac, Jason Rohr

Publication number: 20050206046Abstract: Blow molded containers are formed with a rotary shuttle blow molding apparatus having a plurality of clamps indexable in a horizontal plane around a central axis. Each clamp is moveable between an outer position and an inner position at the central axis. A parison diehead is located near the central axis to extrude at least one parison, with sections of the parison being captured in molds carried by the clamps, which sequentially move beneath the diehead extruder. Each clamp carrying a mold with a captured parison section is then moved to its outer position where the parison is expanded. The clamps then move in a circular pathway to a common discharge station, and are then moved from the discharge station to the parison extruder to receive another parison section.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2004Publication date: September 22, 2005Inventors: Jeff Newman, Kenneth Bealer

Patent number: 4996906Abstract: An actuating assembly having a cylinder which receives a plunger defining a fluid restricting means along its lower end. A feed conduit delivers pressurized fluid through a fluid inlet and into the cylinder, which displaces the plunger out of the cylinder. As the plunger is displaced, the fluid restricting means progressively covers the fluid inlet, progressively restricting the rate of fluid flow into the cylinder, and slowing the plunger's displacement.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 1989Date of Patent: March 5, 1991Assignee: United Elevator CorporationInventors: Wallace A.
