Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for managing data in disparate platforms through an API are described. In response to receiving selection and activation of a connector platform, e.g., heterogenous connector platform, via a computer interface, the connector platform prompts for selection of at least first and second disparate platforms, with which the connector platform is to be authenticated. After authentication, the connector platform generates a unique gateway account key for the connector platform to access data associated with a first account on the first platform and a second account on the second platform, the first and second accounts being associated with the same user, and the connector platform creates a persistent connection between the first and second platforms employing a proactive monitoring process enabling fast, consistent, and reliable access to data associated with the first account on the first platform from the second platform via the connector platform.

Abstract: A method and a system for auditing websites for compliance expectations are disclosed. A Website Observer Tool (WOT) may capture network message output (NMO) associated with a website; store the NMO in at least one of a storage device or storage platform; transform the NMO to create transformed output; load the transformed output to a database; aggregate at least part of data from the transformed output to create aggregated content in the database; execute a query to select data from the aggregated content; create a first condition for the NMO based on the selected data as a first expectation; and evaluate the NMO compared to the first expectation to monitor at least one of performance expectation of the website, privacy expectation of the website, or tagging expectation of the website.

Abstract: In an aspect a system for dynamic data injection is presented. A system includes a computing device. A computing device is configured to receive at least a digital media file comprised of decentralized digital media, wherein the at least a digital media file further comprises at least a segment. A computing device is configured to select a portion of at least a segment of at least a digital media file as a function of a randomization engine. A computing device is configured to encode identifying data in the selected portion, wherein identifying data comprises metadata. The computing device is further configured to verify ownership of at least a digital media file as a function of identifying data, wherein verification comprises comparing the metadata to a user data. A computing device is configured to display at least a segment to a user as a function of the verification.

Abstract: Information stored at a resource remotely located across a network is automatically imported according to pre-defined selection criteria, formatted in a form usable by a local processing resource, stored in the formatted form, and provided to the local processing resource for use by it. In one embodiment, a mailing list manager has an import module coupled to a browser. The import module receives a set of user-defined information selection criteria. The import module commands the browser to establish a network connection to a remote network resource containing desired information. When the connection is established, the browser requests information from the remote network resource according to the selection criteria. Information received from the network resource is stripped of unnecessary information, formatted for use by the mailing list manager and stored in a database maintained by the mailing list manager.
