    Abstract: A multi-layer article for storing a product, such as a pharmaceutical product, includes a first layer that includes a polychlorotrifluoroethylene and/or copolymer of polychlorotrifluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride. The article also includes a tie layer disposed on the first layer. The tie layer includes an ethylene acrylate resin. The article further includes a second layer that is disposed on the tie layer. The second layer includes a polyester, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, or combinations thereof. The article further optionally includes two optional layers each independently including a polychlorotrifluoroethylene and/or copolymer of polychlorotrifluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride, or an ethylene acrylate resin, or a polyester, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene, or combinations thereof. The article has a clarity of at least about 90% as determined using ASTM D1003-13.

    Abstract: An electrically conductive flow-field plate in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell comprises a composition made of a resin and a plurality of carbon nanotubular fibers having an average diameter is at least about 0.5 nm and up to about 300 nm. The carbon nanotubular fibers are present at not more than about 85 wt. %. The resin can be of a thermoplastic type, a fluorinated type, a thermosetting type and a liquid crystalline type.
