  • Publication number: 20240070750
Abstract: Communications server system, method, and apparatus for managing complex orders of industrial supplies, comprising a processor and a memory, the communications server apparatus being configured, under control of the processor, to execute instructions in the memory to generate, for a plurality of orders of respective different order quantities associated with an order entity, each of the plurality of orders associated with a unique order rule set, determine, for each unique order, a first order element of a first order category, a value of a first attribute parameter indicative of a first order rule requirement determine, for each unique order for a second order element of a second order category, a value of a second attribute parameter indicative of a second order rule requirement compare the values for the first and second order attribute parameters with a minimum order rules set associated with the order entity, use a comparison result to recommend an order change to at least one of the first or second orde

  • Patent number: 11857370
Abstract: A system and method for visually assisting an operator of an ultrasound system are provided. In an aspect, the method involves receiving imaging data of an anatomical region using a first coordinate system, the imaging data marked with a landmark for identifying the anatomical region; transforming the imaging data of the anatomical region from the coordinate system to a cylindrical coordinate system; displaying a live ultrasound image of the anatomical region as received from an ultrasound transducer; receiving positional information from the ultrasound transducer corresponding to an alignment point of the anatomical region; and displaying a transformed image from the transformed imaging data of the anatomical region corresponding to the alignment point using the landmark; wherein the transformed image and the live ultrasound image are displayed simultaneously. In another aspect, the method involves generating and transforming a 3D model of the first anatomical regions.

  • Publication number: 20160146088
Abstract: A cooling fan assembly for replacing a vehicle's radiator cooling fan so the vehicle's radiator is cooled more efficiently includes a hub that may be coupled to the vehicle's water pump. A plurality of blades is coupled to and radiates outwardly from the hub. Each of the plurality of blades has a twisted shape. The plurality of blades urges air at a high velocity through the vehicle's radiator when the hub is rotated by the vehicle's water pump. The assembly improves an efficiency of the vehicle's radiator.

  • Patent number: 6971649
Abstract: A zero-sum tiling game. A plurality of “domino-like” game pieces include indicia viewable on the top surfaces of the game pieces that correspond to one, or the other, or both of two halves of the game pieces. The indicia forms a binary set. The indicia associated with one half of the game piece may be summed to indicate the value for that type of indicia for that one half of the game piece, while the indicia may more generally be “added” or “summed” overall to obtain an overall value for any desired number of halves. Particularly, it is an object of the game to lay down game pieces in such a way that each piece that is laid down completes a square that consists of four halves, wherein the sum of the indicia for the four halves is zero.

  • Publication number: 20050251474
Abstract: A program for purchasing homes is disclosed. The program is primarily intended for individuals with a poor or sub prime credit rating that precludes them from qualifying for conventional home loan financing. The individuals improve their credit rating as part of the program. The program is preferably operated as a franchise in which franchisees initially purchase homes on behalf of the individuals, lease the homes to the individuals according to a contract entered prior to purchasing the home and, upon successful fulfillment of the lease, the home is sold to the individual using conventional financing. The fulfillment of the lease-to-own contract assists in improving the individual's credit rating and assists in positioning the individual to qualify for conventional home loan financing.
