    Abstract: A shipping carton is disclosed that is transformable into a shelf ready tray, which includes an upper portion configured as an RSC type carton having a plurality of foldable closure flaps and a lower portion configured as a shelf ready tray that has a flat base panel, wherein the upper portion is separable from the bottom portion along a series of interconnected perforated cut lines, so as to transform the shipping carton into a shelf ready tray.
