    Abstract: An incorporated leash/collar is improved with the leash/collar strap. With a minimally stretchable strap, a buckle slides forms an adjustable collar with a first end of the strap. A metal buckle attached to the second end of the strap has a flat body with an opening. An adjustable position element has a post to engage the buckle body opening from either sides of the flat body. The first side engagement forms a leash handle loop in an operative configuration and the second side engagement maintain a wrap of the strap around the collar in a storage configuration. The incorporated leash/collar is also improved with a stretchable strap.
