  • Publication number: 20170120111
Abstract: A device comprises a frame structure that is movable between a first orientation and a second orientation. The frame structure comprise a pair of arcuate lower frame portion, a pair of intermediate frame portions, a pair of forward frame portions, a rearward lower frame portion, and a pair of vertical frame portions. When the frame structure is in the first orientation, the pair of arcuate lower frame portions is configured for placement on the ground surface and the pair of intermediate frame portions and the pair of vertical frame portions are configured for receiving and retaining an exercise ball therebetween. When the frame structure is in the second orientation, the rearward lower frame portion and the pair of vertical frame portions are configured for placement on the ground surface, and the pair of forward frame portions is adapted for engagement with a user's hands for performing exercises.

  • Publication number: 20050218132
Abstract: A method and apparatus for using a collet to align and/or axially secure a liner within the gooseneck of a welding torch and to extend the useful life of the torch components is provided. A method and apparatus for securing torch components including said collet and including tapered locking engagement connections is also provided. A position of the liner with respect to a retaining head or a diffuser can be established and maintained, in spite of bending, swiveling, and other general movement of the torch, while still allowing flow of a shield gas past the collet. The welding torch components, including a gas diffuser, can be secured to the torch or other torch components via tapered locking engagements. The invention is useful for both manual and robotic torch systems.

  • Publication number: 20050218131
Abstract: Locking engagement connections between various components of a welding device can include tapered features having varied thread patterns and/or varied angles to ensure that the components remain tight during service. For example, locking engagement connections can be incorporated between a nozzle and a retaining head, a retaining head and a gooseneck, and/or a contact tip and a retaining head.

  • Patent number: 6044867
Abstract: A method and apparatus for fabricating a resin impregnable flexible liner for lining a lateral pipe which leads into a main pipe having at one end a flexible collar for installation at the location where the lateral liner meets the main is provided. The seal is formed using a pipe template with an opening conforming to the lateral to be sealed. A tubular portion of liner is inserted into the opening and a ring of flexible impregnable material is bonded to the tubular portion about the opening. An expandable plug holds the elements in position during bonding.

  • Patent number: 5915419
Abstract: A cured in place lateral seal impregnated with a curable resin in the form of a "floppy top hat" for sealing the connection between an existing main conduit and a lateral connection is provided. The seal includes a brim portion bonded to a relatively short tubular section with the resin impregnable surfaces facing each other. The seal is formed by placing an annular ring about an opening in a template in the form of a pipe having a dimension and opening corresponding to the existing conduit and lateral, placing a tubular section of cured in place lining through the ring and the opening and bonding the tubular portion to the brim portion. The seal is impregnated with a resin by sealing the end of the tubular portion and then by placing the seal into a container with resin and drawing a vacuum to wet out the impregnable layer.
