Abstract: A device adapted for use with a furniture seating apparatus having a pillow and a cape attached thereto is provided. The device enables the user of a furniture seating apparatus to maintain a pillow in its desired position against the back of a furniture seating apparatus without having to readjust or reposition it any time the user shifts his position or leaves the furniture seating apparatus. The cape, acting as a counterbalance to the pillow, is attached to the pillow in a manner which allows the cape to be fitted or draped over the top of the back of the furniture seating apparatus.

Abstract: A composition for a damp hand donnable glove using a novel coating. The novel coating results in the formation of domains of variable size and height. The coating has a polyurethane polymer, an aqueous wax dispersion and a surfactant.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a thin-walled polyurethane article includes dipping a shaped former into a coagulant solution and subsequently dipping the shaped former into an aqueous-phase polyurethane/plasticizer dispersion wherein the unplasticized polyurethane has a mean particle size of between about 0.5 .mu.m and 1.0 .mu.m and wherein the plasticizer causes the polyurethane particles to swell until they have a mean particle size of between about 1.5 .mu.m and 3.0 .mu.m. Articles so produced have a thickness of between 0.03 mm to 1.0 mm, a tensile strength of between 17 MPa and 60 Mpa and an elongation at break of greater than 650%.

Abstract: There is disclosed a body contacting article, eg. a surgeon's glove which comprises a first layer of a natural or synthetic elastomer and thereupon a layer of polymer comprising repeating units of the formula:[--CH.sub.2 --CH(OR)--] and [--CH(CO.sub.2 H)--CH(CO.sub.2 R.sup.1)--](I)[--CH.sub.2 --CH(R.sup.4)--] and [--CH(CO.sub.2 H)--CH(CO.sub.2 R.sup.1)--](IA)wherein R is a lower alkyl group and R.sup.1 is a lower alkyl group or a (lower) alkoxy (low) alkyl group, and R.sup.4 is hydrogen or a phenyl group.
