    Abstract: A hockey training device has an elongated frame with an inverted U-shaped cross-section when the device is in an upright position. The frame has a base and two sides extending downward from the base. A layer of resilient material is affixed to an outer surface of each of the two sides. The device has an open ended inner channel extending longitudinally between the two sides. A cap is affixed to an outer surface of the base. A method of construction is provided.
