Abstract: An fitness apparatus is adapted for use by employing, a first shaft member, a second shaft member, at least one receptacle, and at least one substantially perpendicular extension. The first shaft member includes a longitudinal portion, a base portion, and a longitudinal sleeve portion extending from opposing ends, while the longitudinal sleeve portion is configured to receive a second shaft member. The second shaft member includes a plate member and a sub-member which extend from opposing ends, while the sub-member is configured to adapt the longitudinal sleeve portion. The at least one substantially perpendicular extension extends from the at least one receptacle. The first shaft member and the second shaft member cooperate to secure the fitness apparatus between two or more planes.
