The apparatus includes a coupling, a bracket and a clip. The clip can be secured to an accessory. The bracket extends from the coupling and is configured to receive the clip so that the clip is secured to the bracket. The bracket can also include a recess to receive a portion of the clip to secure the clip to the bracket.
