The bimini top assembly includes at least one bimini top base secured on the radar arch, a bimini arm pivotally connected to the bimini top base, and a spring-loaded roller assembly secured to the radar arch and including a canopy connected between the radar arch and the bimini arm. The bimini top base has a drive mechanism coupled with the bimini arm that is configured to displace the bimini arm between a retracted position and an extended position.

A pair of independent stabilizing legs is attached to the pin box for towed vehicle, each of the leg being attached to an opposite side of the pin box by means of a universal joint. When deployed, a fine adjustment extends between the legs for altering the leg spacing. When stowed, each of the leg is located in a bracket shaped to engage and retain the leg.

Abstract: A medical management system. The burdensome task of medication logging is greatly reduced for a patient when compared to conventional methods to perform these tasks. Moreover, the invention allows for pharmaceutical supplier/providers and healthcare providers the ability better to manage, track, and trend the medication and products that must be provided to patients. This integrated ability allows for better management of the inventory of highly perishable and life-saving medications for chronically ill patients. The invention also allows for highly accurate communication between patients and other parties including his/her medical doctor, a pharmaceutical supplier/provider who provides medications and products for the patient, as well as the insurance provider providing medical insurance coverage for the patient.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for measuring the effects of environmental, physiological, or lifestyle variables on DNA damage and DNA repair activity as well as the use of measurements of DNA damage and DNA repair activity to predict increased risk for disease. Embodiments of the methods involve the use of a combination of assays to measure DNA damage and DNA repair activity in an individual and comparing these measurements to suitable controls using the selected assays for normal healthy individuals of varying ages. In other embodiments, the methods may comprise a comparison of DNA damage levels to DNA repair levels to obtain an apparent net measurement of DNA damage accumulation.

Abstract: A bandoleer package and method for the making thereof in which bandoleer packages can be used to hold objects that are dimensioned or relatively thick without the usual risk of damage to the object caused by burst rollers. The preferred embodiment is made by forming a tube from a first web around a card cut from a secondary web and an object to be packaged, heat sealing the tube to itself to form a bottom seam of the package and a top seam of a previous package, then bonding the edges of the tube to the card. By bonding the edges to the card, the dimensioned object is kept away from the edges, thus preventing crushing of the object by burst rollers. The second web is preferably coated with a material that facilitates bonding to the first web material. In the preferred embodiment, the first web and the coating are formed from resinous materials, such as polyethylene; but any suitable materials can be used.

Abstract: A bandoleer includes a series of articles encased in separate sections of a sleeve. An adhesive stripe extends along the sleeve and is covered by a release liner. The encased articles are further separated by perforations that are formed through both the sleeve and the release liner. A reinforcing tape is applied to a back of the liner to adapt the bandoleer to an automated process for affixing the encased articles to larger packaging or other substrates. The reinforcing tape is bonded to the release liner for supporting perforated lengths of the release liner after separation from the bandoleer.
